Basha meets Van Rompuy

The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, asked support for Albania’s European Union integration process and informed the European Union President, Van Rompuy, about the current political situation in Albania, including the elections in Korce.

Basha will participate in the official ceremony of the annual report of the European Union Council President, Herman Van Rompuy, regarding the situation in Europe.

This year’s ceremony will be held in Berlin, in memory of the Berlin Wall fall, which symbolizes a freedom area for the former communist countries and the unification of Germany.

Van Rompuy will make the annual presentation of the political, economic and social situation in Europe during this year, and the plans for the next year.
