Basha congratulated the official about the recent advancement with the rights of Albanians in Macedonia, such as the usage of Albanian as second official language, as a sign of emancipation of the Macedonian society and unification of the Albanian factor.
“2018 could be even more important for liberating the region from crime, corruption and autocratic governments”, Basha said.
