Mr. Basha is especially seeking support from the youth, for whom he announced an ambitious program of new jobs, mainly based on private investment incentives in Tirana.

“Tirana is today on a full stagnation state and foreign investors are leaving, because they cannot find new possibilities. I guarantee that I will work hard to make those investors forget every other Balkan capital city, and turn back to Tirana”, Basha declared.

After promising to build a University Library for Tirana, like every other European capital, Mr. Basha asked the students to write him on FBfor any suggestion they might have for the city’s life transformation.

Next meeting for Mr. Basha’s electoral campaign was with the residents in the Municipal Division no.4, in Allias, who demanded urgent changes on infrastructure.

“You can see our situation with your own eyes”, a resident told Basha. “I guarantee that we will change it, we will pave the new road” Basha promised.

Basha also demonstrated his football talent on a football field nearby an apartment building, a sport he has practiced as a student in Utrecht, Netherland.
