The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, gathered the College of Chairmen, in which they are discussing the post-earthquake situation and the political crisis in the country.
“We must be every day close to the citizens of Albania. The DP branches that were mostly affected by the earthquake must create work-groups to identify the families that were affected. These work-groups must identify the families that haven’t received assistance, and who are still without a shelter even in winter”, Basha declared.
“We must identify the families that don’t have an assessment of the damages done to their homes, or who have contradictory assessments, and who have nowhere to live as their homes have been declared inhabitable”, Basha declared, adding that it is criminal that the citizens, one month after the earthquake, have been discriminated because of who they voted for in the election.
