Basha in Republican campaign opening: “Our platform or the government must leave”

The Republican Party chose Durres to open its electoral campaign
officially. Agron Duka, a name proposed by the Republicans for Mayor,
was also present in the coastal city.
The campaign opening was greeted by the Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, who asked the people’s vote on June 21st to give two messages:
“We must stop the evil. Let us give them the deserved lesson and punishment to this government that broke the promises. Let’s start the platform that reduces taxes, that hears your voice, that communicates with the citizens rather than ignoring them”, Basha declared.
The Democratic Party leader expressed his conviction that his party will win on June 21st. According to him, for the majority there are only two solutions after this:
“With the vote of June 21st the government should either embrace our vote or leave”, the DP leader declared.
