The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, met with citizens in Fier where he said that Rama has been notified that the European Council will vote to not open the EU accession negotiations for Albania this year.
“This is a punishment for any Albanian. An undeserved punishment that has only one culprit, Edi Rama and his anti-European government”, basha said.
