After the Albanian former Prime Minister was suspended from the
Parliament for 10 days, the Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha,
legitimated the behavior of his predecessor as the unmasking of
unacceptable behaviors made by Prime Minister Rama with his dependants.
Basha declared that these are behaviors that the DP cannot accept.
“We cannot accept lawmakers who disrespect their dependants, humiliate their collaborators, violate journalists and diplomats. This is not the Albania we want. This is not the Albania we dream of. The leader is the symbol that reflects Albania. He is the symbol of a national, and he creates the model of behavior with his collaborators. Does this man represent us, with that low language against women, by damaging the decency of their families? A man who leaves allies to wait for hours, in roder to challenge them, or who holds offensive lectures to the European? Through transparency we will stop this man who demands anti-depressive pills for the country, and we will do it before his depression turns into a national one”, Basha declared.
Basha declared that his party will recover even stronger than before, by electing their leaders through the free vote.
“Even in the darkest days of opposition we have been the moral majority, before being a political one, not by competing who is stronger or who was stronger in that prison, but by showing to these criminals, to this scum of our society, the real force of the DP members, who are the best, the most popular, the most determined, the most dedicated and the most sincere with the citizens”, Basha declared.
