Basha: Complaint at Constitutional Court for Education Reform Law

22/07/2015 00:00

The Democratic Party declared that they will complain at the
Constitutional Court about the Higher Education Law, approved this
Tuesday by the majority.

“We will make everyone aware of how the efforts of high-school students are being thrown away. The best students will be attacked and the incapables will be favored. The DP will take measures up to the Constitutional Court and the President. The opposition will stay besides the students and professors who are on the right”, Basha declared.

For the opposition, it is clear that the law serves to the interests of a minority.

Basha said that the law was voted by Parliament Members who don’t have a diploma, who have fake diplomas and criminal records.

According to Basha, the law makes poor people unable to study and destroys the autonomy of universities, with the only purpose to take professors under control.
