Basha after former Interior Minister’s resignation as MP: “Rama-Tahiri game goes on”

The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, said after the resignation of Saimir Tahiri as MP that the Rama-Tahiri game still goes on. He wrote on Facebook that his resignation came after the pressure that Rama received in Berlin.

To support this argument, Basha said that Tahiri entered the parliamentary session to save his seat as MP, and the only thing that changed after six months of absence is the visit in Berlin.

The Democratic Party leader said that Tahiri doesn’t need the Parliamentary immunity as long as he can blackmail the Prime Minister with his corruptive affairs his family’s criminal ties.

For Basha, this is a maneuver since Edi Rama has total control over the Prosecution.
