The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, reacted after the news that the Chief of Police, Haki Cako, was replaced by the Interior Minister.
Basha said that the decision shows that Cako is a scapegoat since the criminal organization is actually led by Edi Rama.
“The decision came very late. It shows the deep crisis in which crime has plunged the Police. He is just a scapegoat because the real crime organization is led by Edi Rama and Fatmir Xhafa”, Basha said.
