The Tirana Municipality has ended the construction works for the rehabilitation of the residential block 46, in the Brraka area.
Followed this time by his wife and also by the Democratic Party candidate for this area, Majlinda Bregu, Basha declared that the investments on the green areas and illumination will affect the quality of life for the citizens.
“A modern system for watering the green space. A modern illumination system. A new quality of life in this block. A quality of life that has been missing and that now has turned into reality. And most importantly, it has a plain impact not only on the life quality and property value, but also on the civilization model and the relations between people within their families and with the community, as result of an investment”, Basha declared.
Mayor Basha declared that they have just finished the rehabilitation of four residential blocks in Tirana, and they are planning to invest 100 million EUR for 80 other blocks.
