Bank of Albania Governor meets Italian counterpart

Bank of Albania Governor, Gent Sejko, attended a two-day visit in Italy where he met with his counterpart, Ignazio Visco.
The Press Office of the Bank of Albania says that the talks focused on the mutual economic relations, the progress of the Albanian banking system and the recent developments in the Eurozone.
Governor Sejko thanked Governor Visco for the successful cooperation between the two institutions, especially for the assistance given by the Bank of Italy in joint projects held so far in the main bank activities, such as banking supervision, statistics, payment systems and monetary policies.
