Ban Ki Moon will be the first UN official who will visit Kosovo, since after the declaration of the independence.
According to “REL”, which quotes the UN Spokesperson, Martin Nesirki, the General Secretary in the end of the next week will start a tour in Balkan, stopping in Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia, Kosovo and Bosnia.
During his visit in Prishtina, Ban Ki Moon will visit the UN mission and will meet high rank local and international officials.
After Kosovo he will travel to Bosnia’s Srebrenica, where the UN forces have been criticized regarding the failure to prevent the massacre of 1995.
