Legal experts from the majority and the opposition are working to plan
sub-legal acts, with the self-declaration application model being seen
as an important model. This process is under surveillance, including US
assistance.
“We had a work meeting with the US Embassy, who offered their similar models. An official of the public administration who has problems with his past, must resign starting from today, because the law has entered in effect”, Balla declared.
But when will the sub-legal acts pass to the Parliament?
“I think they will be ready by mid-March. The draft-decisions require a shorter period of time than laws in Parliament”, Balla said.
