Balla replaces Fino at the Electoral Reform

The Parliament of Albania passed this Thursday the replacement of the
co-Chairman for the Justice Reform Commission, Bashkim Fino.

Taulant Balla will be the Socialist MP that will replace Fino in the Commission that is expected to amend the Electoral Code.

Fino was replaced due to health reasons.
