The General Secretary of the Socialist Party, Taulant Balla, accused the Prosecution of trying to close the CEZ case without completing investigations and without considering the findings of the Parliamentary Commission of Investigation.
Balla condemns the Prosecution’s decision, which, according to him, sent the case at court and asking to close it, neglecting this way a document, which, according to Taulant Balla, has names of big fishes suspected of economic crime.
Taulant Balla says in his reaction that the entire Prosecution operated within a single day to arrest an MP, but with this matter they are behaving like human traffickers with the Albanian people.
Balla says that the Prosecution is appearing to be an instrument of politics, and that it will not stop the time of justice which has scared corrupted politicians, prosecutors and judges.
