Klement Balili suspected as the leader of a drug gang has escaped the
police, who are looking for him around Delvina and Saranda.
Although there was no international arrest order against him, he had been notified to be under observation.
In Tirana, the Prosecution of Serious Crimes asked the Greek authorities to send the investigation files, since the surveillance made against him in Tirana shows nothing compromising.
The Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani, said on Top Channel’s Top Story that Albania cannot act without a case from Greece. Europol, in the meanwhile, confirmed the arrest of 17 persons, 11 Greek and 6 Albanain citizens part of this drug gang.
