Balili escaped police operation for his arrest

The State Police has tried several times to arrest Klemend Balili, and
Top Channel has learned from confidential sources that an operation for
his arrest has failed this October in Saranda.
A group of Special Forces traveled to Saranda and didn’t get the local police involved, fearing a possible information leak.
However, police did not find Balili inside the suspected vehicle, but two relatives of him.
Top Channel published two days ago that Balili’s case had arrived at the Ministry of Justice since November 12th and was sent to the Prosecution only yesterday, after being translated.
