Assets of MP Alfred Peza seized by Court

The Court of Serious Crimes has decided to seize the shares owned by
wife of MP Alfred Peza in a private bank, a total of 113 million ALL.

The investigation was started by the Prosecution General right after the shares were bought. During the process, investigators saw other properties that the couple owned, which had not been justified by their declarations.

The Prosecution has noted that although 1% of the bank shares are bough on behalf of Peza’s wife, Mirela Ndini, the financial value was realized through a conjugal contribution.

The Prosecution of Serious Crimes registered the case based on the “Antimafia” law, and seized the assets of Mirela Ndini, a request that was accepted by the Court.
