An officer of the Albanian Armed Forces was injured this Saturday
afternoon fighting fires at the Derje Mountain, in Shen Gjergj, Tirana.
The Ministry of Defense said that the vice officer of the Special Batallion, Corporal Skender Hidri, was injured and was immediately sent to Tirana’s hospital for treatment. His health condition appears stable.
Many Armed Forces personnel has been engaged during the past days to fight fires at the Derje Mountain near Tirana.
