Arben Ndoka hands over Parliamentary mandate

Arben Ndoka, the Socialist Party MP for Lezhe, has resigned from his
mandate as Parliament Member. He explains in a letter that the
accusations of the Democratic Party for having troubles with the Italian
justice, are in fact a set up in 1991, when he was just 16, by an
Italian police officer who then had a relation with the former fiancée
of his brother.

Ndoka addressed to his colleagues in the Socialist Party, and told them that he will follow this case even to the Court of Human Rights.

“I pray to God that I will bring an evidence to prove the truth for this letter, a court verdict from that country where my life had so many problems. I know that no one would believe a court verdict here in Albania”, Ndoka says in the letter.

Ndoka says to his colleagues that he will keep following their work against the real criminals, and apologizes for any problem he had brought to the party.
