The Tirana Aqueduct declared in a press release that they are signing agreements with families that have overdue bills.
“The families will pay a 2000 ALL fee every month, beyond the monthly bill”, the Aqueduct says.
According to this institution, this agreement will help these families to finalize the payment of their debt.
