The Socialist Party Parliament Member, Milena Harito, declared that
after the next Prime Minister, Edi Rama, invited everyone to join the
governing team of the country by sending their CV-s, declared that 5280
have answered to this appeal
“There are 2383 females and 2897 males who have sent their CV-s for the new team that will lead Albania. This is an enthusiastic civil answer for our long-term project for creating the data of the human capital in Albania”, Harito declared.
By underlining that this is not a promise to find a job, Harito declared that they are working to divide the applications according to their professional categories, the experience level and the passage to the second phase, in which all applicants will receive information.
“We will have more candidates in the next competitions for the public posts. This will end the dark traditional practices which are made far from the people’s eyes. We are committed to give an opportunity to everyone who has contributed for the construction of European Albania in the public sector. We have just done this”, Hariton declared.
According to Milena Harito, this database will be a new chance for the private sector to find the right people by using this new network.
“The applications are continuing and we encourage everyone to not hesitate. This is a new initiative and very modern practice that will enable us to I,prove our path together”, she said.
