Referring to the Antimafia law, the Prosecution of Serious Crimes started an investigation on the assets of Interior Minister Saimir Tahiri.
Sources at the Prosecution explain for Top Channel that beside the Prosecutors investigating the Habilaj, another group is investigating bank accounts and assets not only belonging to Tahiri, but also to people close to him, from his wife, his parents and even his in-laws.
All banks have been asked to verify if they have bank accounts of Tahiri. The same inquiry is being made at the Property Registration, Customs, Property Compensation and National Business Center.
