Ligoraq Karamelo is the latest MP who joined the new members of the opposition.
He was on the list of the Unity for Human Rights Party, which represents the Greek minority in Albania.
He said that he had received pressure for his decision.
“Albania doesn’t have the conditions where people can freely express their will, especially the next MPs of the parliament. We are far from what we are expecting, but I am determined”, Karamelo said.
“The only thing I don’t agree with the party leader, Mr.Dule, is the decision to renounce the mandate. The supporters of the UHRP want us in Parliament, because we are a European Party”, Karamelo said.
