Another apartment building reconstructed through the “Community Fund”

50 apartment buildings have been repaired in Tirana thanks to the “Community Fund”, raised by residents, who then divide the cost equally with the Municipality.
“Another apartment building at the Mine Peza street joins our beautiful bouquet of transformed buildings, taking the total number to 50, equal to the number of new playgrounds we have built in neighborhoods. The buildings are isolated from weather and the area around them is arranged. When residents agree, the municipality will double their contribution to realize such projects”, Mayor Veliaj declared.
The restoration of this building with the Community Fund, besides painting the façade, provides thermo-isolation for the building, which reduces the residents’ energy cost during winter.
