Endira Bushati didn’t stop even the day when she has been discharged
from the role of the Director of the Audiovisual Media Authority, since
the Media Parliamentary Commission started the procedures for filling
the three vacancies in the member board and the fourth vacancy, that of
the Director.

Top Channel has learned that a few hours after the Media Commission took the decision, Mrs.Bushati announced the remaining members of AMA, Zylyftar Bregu, Sami Neza and Suela Musta for a meeting.

The meeting goes beyond any legal limit, since Mrs.Bushati is not AMA director anymore.

When asked by Top Channel, the Vice Chairman of the Media Commission, Alfred Peza, declared that the relation that has been presented and approved at the Commission, all decisions of Mrs.Bushati after Apriln 2013 are illegal, since her mandate has expired.

“Especially after the Media Commission took today’s decision, any move of Mrs.Endira is more than illegal”, Peza declared.

“The only duty of Mrs.Bushati is to hand over the duty to the new Director elected by the Parliament”, Peza concluded.
