The new office of ALUIZNI in Fushe-Kruje started the distribution of property certifications today.
“This is a special case, because only for November we gave 100 property titles, which, together with the permits given in the past six months mount up to 460, the total number that was given in the past eight years”, declared the ALUIZNI local Director.
In Lezhe, Prime Minister Edi Rama, accompanied by Mayor Viktor Tusha, inspected the construction works at the Municipality with a 3 million USD investment which is expected to finish after three months.
A collection and processing center of chestnuts has been built three months after receiving a 150 million ALL grant from the agricultural subvention scheme. Its owner, Engjell Mazreku, says that this is the biggest in Europe, and after increasing its capacity he has signed export agreements with countries like Italy, the USA and even Japan.
“We will double the funding scheme of these projects and will aim increasing employment and exports”, Rama declared.
“We are very encouraged because we see we see that the initiative for encouraging businesses and capitalist development in this village has started to give fruits. This is an example for everyone. Albania has all the opportunities to give anyone the chance to be self-employed and build his own well being. We will keep supporting people throughout Albania and we will double the scheme for funding these projects”, Rama declared.
