The Alliance for European Albania has closed the electoral campaign in
Dibra, where Prime Minister Edi Rama said that citizens must continue
the path of revival with the SP.
“I didn’t expect this square to have so many people. I am sure that the DP would say that the square was empty and that Dibra abandoned Edi Rama. We have chosen a candidate who arrived through his party and who is here for the community. Muharrem is here to heal the wounds that we inherited in Dibra”, Rama declared.
Muharrem Rama said that he did the right choice when he accepted the candidacy. “I know your problems and I want to offer a solution. I am convinced that our town will develop economically”, he said.
SP coordinator for Dibra, Damian Gjiknuri, said that the majority is running for Dibra with the right man, “a man who has sacrificed for the city. We did not come with people who have forgotten Dibra (referring to DP rival), and have done nothing for Dibra even when they have represented him”, he added.
Gramoz Ruci added that the DP is considering these as the elections of Albania, but the SP is focused on Dibra.
Olta Xhacka declared that Dr.Muharrem Rama has lived in Dibra for his entire life. “He has tied the future of his children with this town, and he knows what problems is this town facing”.
