Albanians in Montenegro succeed with law of national symbols

For Minister Mehmed Zeka, this is more advanced has removed some issues that the previous one had.

“This law guarantees minorities to freely use their national symbols. There will no longer be abuses. The rights of minorities were sanctioned by Constitution in the past, but not by laws”, Zeka declared.

The law allows for the first time for symbols to be used even in areas where the minorities make 5% of the population. This is one of the conditions imposed by the Albanian parties in Montenegro to become part of the government.
