A 23-year-old Albanian shepherd was found dead in Lecce, Italy, probably executed by mafia.
The dead body of Qamil Hyraj was found in Porto Cecareo, Torre Lapillo, close to the Ionnian Sea.
The victim had been working as a shepherd for several time. His owner went to give him food this Sunday, but found him dead. For a moment he hoped that he was alive and called the ambulance, but the boy had died.
Preliminary investigation show that the 23-year-old was shot only once in the head, and the method looks like a mafia style. The victim appeared to have been kneeled down when being shot. Police say that the man didn’t have a criminal past and that he traveled often to Albania.
