Albanian PM publishes report after citizens express negative experiences with public administration

The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, published a report that was made
available to a working group that was established to guarantee a radical
reform of the public administration.
Rama says that the report was built based on the comments that citizens have written on the Prime Minister’s website, by request of his initiative: “Your negative experience at a state office”.
The Prime Minister said that 2068 comments were valid, 310 of which were related to the justice system. The most massive accusation was that of altering property ownership and delaying verdicts.
The mostly mentioned institutions were the Property Registration, Property Legalization, Health, Education, OSHEE, Police, undeserved employment.
