Albanian Orthodox devotees gather Good Friday procession, before Easter

Orthodox devotees around Albania attended the Good Friday mass tonight, which is held before Easter.

As tradition requires, the procession continues with the symbolic burying of Christ.

Many devotees joined the ceremony in the streets of Korca, parading from one church to another.

Several citizens have attended the processions in Fier, Tirana, Albania, Lushnja and many other cities.
