The Albanian Minister of Interior attended a visit today in Kosovo, from
where he asked Interpol to review all Serbia’s arrest orders against
Albanian, including the one against Haradinaj, which Minister Tahiri
considered as illegal and excessive.
“I had the chance to discuss Kosovo’s accession in the Interpol, which would make possible a final solution to these issues”, Tahiri said.
During his visit in Prishtina, Tahiri met with the Kosovo counterpart, Skender Hyseni.
A challenge for their agenda is free movement and stay of Kosovo’s and Albania’s citizens in both sides of the border.
“I hope that we can finalize legal obstacles or normative acts”, Tahiri said.
