Albanian economy flooded by Euro

The Albanian economy is facing an unprecedented entry of the European currency.
Top Channel was the first one to publish the official figures provided by the Bank of Albania, which show that the Euro supply has increased with 35% in the past four years.
During the January-April period of 2018, there have been 1.78 billion Euros exchanged in Albania, 460 million more than during the same period of 2014.
If the pace continues, for one year there will be 1 billion EUR more than four years ago.
The increased quantity is the main cause that is causing the devaluation, but this question has opened a hot topic among experts and political parties. Where does this money come from? Is it legal?
