Albanian cities unequal for per capita revenues

Albania has a poor economy. In 2013, the annual GDP per capita was
466.000 ALL. But the situation in Albania is unequal too. A femily in
Diber and Lezhe has twice lower revenues than in Tirana.
If the per capita GDP in Tirana is 643.000, in Lezhe it is 303.000. But Lezhe is not the only district with low income.
Most of the 12 other regions have a low GDP, but the average is balanced by Tirana, which has 38% of the economic activity.
Data show that poor areas have been influenced even more. Production in 2013 increased with 1.11%, but in northern Albania, the poorest area, it is only 0.1%.
