The Albanian Foreign Ministry condemned the attack against the Charlie
Hedbo magazine in Paris, as a serious terrorist act that shocked the
French people and the international community.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs underlines that nothing can justify the attack against free speech. The Republic of Albania shows its solidarity to the French people and gives its condolences to the families of the victims.
President Bujar Nishani sent a condolence message to the French President, Holland.
“I was shocked by today’s terrorist act in the Charlie Hedbo offices, Paris, where many journalists and police officers were killed, and many others were wounded. I want to give my deepest condolences to the relatives of the victims, to the French people and to your government. This terrorist act against the free speech makes us be more solidary in the fight against terrorism”, declared the Albanian President, Bujar Nishani.
The Parliament Speaker and the Prime Minister also reacted regarding this massacre by expressing their solidarity to the people of France.
