Ermal Meta is considered as one of the favorite singers for winning Sanremo this year.
Meta was born in Fier and moved to Italy when he was 13. His song, “Vietato Morire”, “Forbidden to Die”, was received very well and made it to the final of Sanremo, which is the biggest competition of light music in Italy.
Ermal Meta started his career with “Ameba”, then with “La Fame di Camilla”, with which he competed in Sanremo 2006 and 2010, children edition.
Since then has been having more success even as an author, writing songs for Italian singers as big as Patty Pravo, Marco Mengoni and Giusy Ferri, among many others.
