Albanian and Kosovo Foreign Ministers meet in Prishtina: “Special Court, unjust for Kosovo”

The Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister and also Foreign Minister, Hashim
Thaci, thanked the Albanian Foreign Minister, Ditmir Bushati, for the
help that Albania is giving to Kosovo in all areas for the consolidation
of the state.

Thaci and Bushati said they have discused about the joint meeting of both governments on March 23rd.

Bushati congratulated the government of Kosovo for the steps that were taken in the dialogue with Serbia.

The Foreign Minister of Kosovo added that Albania will help Kosov in its efforts for EU integration, the visa liberalization and the NATO accession.

The Albanian Foreign Minister also said that Tirana supports the stance of Prishtina that the Special Court for War Crimes has not been just with Kosovo.

Bushati said that Kosovo has conducted a righteous liberation war, and the Special Court cannot stain it.

Thaci said that the Special Court has been unjust for Kosovo, but he added that it would be better to have the Parliament of Kosovo create it, rather than having it through the Security Council.
