Albania under noise pollution

A normative act with nine articles aims to end a unique and uncivilized
practice that takes place in Albania, especially during summer: the loud
noises of bars not only in tourist areas, but also in the heart of
Tirana and other Urban Areas.

Prime Minister Berisha, who initiated this normative act, spoke very harshly about this situation that has never had a final resolution.

“I invite the owners of these bars to not be blind of greed, but think that there are people who need to sleep, that there are senior citizens, sick people and babies. This is crazy, primitive, the failure to respect any standard. This problem has reached to the point that it cannot be tolerated anymore”, Berisha declared.

But there are dozens of other decisions against this problem, and they have always been forgotten. This time Berisha spoke about zero tolerance against the people that cause noises and who do not implement this normative act.

“This normative act provides harsher and immediate measures against whoever breaks the deadline. This normative act means that everyone who will not implement it will be fired and will be held responsible, may they be inspectors from the Environment, the Public  Health or the State Police”, Berisha declared.

“I guarantee you that corruption is hidden behind this phenomenon. But whoever becomes deaf from corruption, he can go and be employed there, but he will not be paid anymore by the state. On the contrary, he will be prosecuted for a crime”, Berisha declared.

The Ministers will also be responsible for the implementation of this normative act, and we hope that it will not have the fate of the other decisions that have made the residents hopeless.
