Dorkbot malware, viruses that have affected accounts on eBay, Paypal,
Twitter, Facebook, etc, were destroyed thanks to an international
operation of Europol and FBI, part of which is Albania too.
Police say they have examined the data from viruses and have identified 1472 interventions. People in 225 countries of the world have been infected, and also 475.532 IPs. Investigations are continuing even in Albania for a full documentation of the damage.
Albanians have also been part of online purchases in the past years. Although social networks have no financial costs, online portals are dangerous and affect the finances of every person.
