The increase in the number of people infected with the Delta mutation of the coronavirus has led to the tightening of restrictive measures in Albania.

From Monday, Albanian citizens can circulate until 23:00 and then the curfew starts where they can move only for emergency and with permission from the e-albania portal.

Likewise, all those who enter the Albanian territory, must have a negative test certificate of the last 72 hours, or the vaccination card. Albanian resident citizens who do not have any documents must be isolated for 10 days.

These rules do not apply to children up to 6 years old.

In closed premises such as bars, restaurants, buses, shopping malls, a mask should be used, because if the inspectors find you without a mask, then you will be fined.

An individual is fined with 3 thousand lek (ALL) when caught for the first time and 5 thousand new lek when he repeats it. While companies are penalized 100 thousand ALL to 700 thousand ALL.
