Reinforcing business relations was the focus of the meeting between the
Albanian Deputy Prime Minister, Niko Peleshi, and the Israeli Ambassador
to Tirana, David Cohen.

Deputy Prime Minister Peleshi announced the organization of a forum in Tel-Aviv, focused on adding Israeli businesses in our country.

“On October 21 and 22nd, a large business mission from Albania will visit Israel in a forum dedicated to the economic relations between the two countries”, Peleshi declared.

Top Channel asked Ambassador Cohen about the areas in which the Israeli business is more interested to invest in Albania.

“I can say that since the opening of the Israeli embassy in Albania, one year ago, we have encouraged the businesses of our country to visit Albania and see all chances to get involved in the Albanian economy. As an embassy we think that there are all cahnces to bring the Israeli expertise in the areas in which we have advanced, such as modern agriculture and technology. Only these fields could create more jobs for the next 10 years. There are many Israeli companies who have interest in discovering the possibilities of doing business in Albania. I am happy for the declaration of the Deputy Prime Minister for removing any bureaucratic barrier against the business and give more chances to the private business”, declared Ambassador Cohen.
