Top Channel learned that Albania has banned two officials of the Iranian Embassy, who are suspected of being involved with activities that damage the country’s security.
The Spokesperson of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs responded to Top Channel’s inquiry and confirmed the decision.
According to the Spokesperson, the Iranian citizens were declared non-grata after some consultations made with ally countries.
Unofficial sources said for Top Channel that the decision comes after some cooperation with Israeli partners, aiming to avoid an incident during a match in Shkoder.
