Albania and Britain signed a memorandum this Friday between the Albanian and British governments.
Both Interior and Justice Ministers signed the agreement with the UK Ambassador to Tirana, Duncan Norman.
“I am very happy that we signed a memorandum for exchanging information. This is very important for our fight against organized crime. It shows how close our countries are in the joint effort to fight this problem that affects us all. This is a good example for the next steps that we will undertake, to be even more effective in the fight against organized crime in Albania and the UK”, said the British Ambassador, Duncan Norman.
The agreement aims to improve criminal justice by preventing illegal activities between both countries.
