The Civil Aviation Authority said in a press release that the robbery at
the airport carried out a few days ago was very serious and no one
should use it for speculations.
“The seriousness of this situation should not allow anyone to release rushed declarations”, the release says.
The document states that in cooperation with the police, the CAA has made a security test on April 20th in the airport.
“We found that TIA failed with three measures. We have recommended in our report the actions that need to be taken for correcting the flaws”, the press release says.
It adds that the competent institutions should be sent to the Ministry of Transportation and Tourism.
