The Minister of Finances, Arben Ahmetaj, greeted the next loan
installment issued by the International Monetary Fund to Albania, and
said through a Facebook post that this is good news for the Albanian
economy, and an answer to the opposition’s accusations.
The Minister listed a series of indicators that are mentioned by the IMF, and which, according to him, prove the solidifying of economic recovery.
Among these indicators are structural reforms, inflation recovery, government strategy for increasing the number of taxpayers, increased public acceptance of paying taxes and improvement of the public administration.
