The implementation of the agreements reached between Prishtina and Belgrade under EU intermediation, has been interpreted differently by both parties, both accusing each other of not implementing them.

The Chairwoman of the Parliamentary Foreign Committee, Vjosa Osmani, says that Serbia has not implemented 90% of the agreements reached in Brussels.  As for Kosovo, according to Osmani, has only failed to implement the Association of Serbian Communes.

Belgrade accuses Kosovo of not implementing their part of the agreement. They also interpret the increased fees on Serbian imported products as a violation of CEFTA, despite the fact that CEFTA is not part of the Brussels dialogue.
