The Albanian Government has signed two agreements with the Puglia
region, one of which aims facilitating the transportation procedures
between the two ports with the biggest traffic in the Adriatic, the

“The customs procedures should be easier. We also discussed the unique control of passports”, declared the Socialist MP, Artan Gaci.
The second agreement signed during the Prime Minister’s visit in Italy is that of the creation of a joint association with the Puglia aqueduct and the Albanian side.
“The managerial aspect of the cooperation with Puglia is very important. We have left all topics open, such as the project of the establishment of an undersea aqueduct from Albania to Italy”, Gaci underlined.
To enable the implementation of the agreements, Albania and Italy have established a joint working group.
