“Eurovision 2011” in Düsseldorf, Germany.
The Eurovision final night will take place on May 14th.
She has often been compared to Tina Turner, and this is something that makes her happy.
“Tina Turner is my idol. I am very grateful if people see that kind of energy in me, but most of all, for what I feel within myself. I know that everything I give comes from my heart. The heart has a body and face that is named ‘Aurela’”, says the Albanian singer.
“The song ‘Feel the Passion’ won the 49th RTSH Albanian Song Festival, the third prize of this kind for Aurela. In Albanian, the title of this song is “Kënga ime” (My Song), and the English title tends to give a more Mediterranean feeling to it”, says Reuters.
The 37 year old Aurela Gaçe has traveled in Turkey, Greece and Kosovo to promote her song.
